TK1Bet Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

To open an account at TK1Bet, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may hold only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

• Your account is strictly personal. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum daily limits are listed in the Payments section of the platform.
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account within a few seconds to a few minutes.
• If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact the TK1Bet support team with your transaction reference number.
• Only deposit from your own mobile banking account. TK1Bet does not accept funds sent from third-party numbers, and refunds for such transactions may be delayed.
• TK1Bet does not charge any hidden payment fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from TK1Bet:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit. For withdrawals to a different number, please contact the support team.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
• In cases of suspicious activity, TK1Bet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.

TK1Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Applies to the first deposit. Can be claimed once only.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period. Bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games. Using them on other games may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, they must be used in sequence according to TK1Bet's designated rules.

The following rules apply when placing bets on TK1Bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless TK1Bet acknowledges an error on its part.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, TK1Bet's specific rules will apply to the relevant bets — in most cases, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, TK1Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds confirmed at the time of placing your bet are final.
• In an accumulator (a combined bet across multiple matches), if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is considered lost.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK1Bet:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus multiple times or distributing bonuses across multiple family member accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack TK1Bet's systems or breach its security.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of match-fixing or predetermined outcomes.

TK1Bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• If identity verification has not been completed or if false information is proven.
• If suspicious financial transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, TK1Bet will typically send an email notification — unless immediate closure is required for urgent security reasons.

To close your account, contact the TK1Bet support team. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before the account is closed.

TK1Bet shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet or game session is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device malfunction.
• If your account password or login credentials are used by someone else.
• Losses resulting from faults caused by third-party service providers, including game software and payment gateways.
• For financial losses arising from betting or gaming. Betting carries risk, and the possibility of losing money always exists.

• Your name, phone number, address, and financial details are used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• TK1Bet never sells your information to third parties.
• We may be required to share your information for legal purposes or at the request of relevant authorities.

All content on the TK1Bet platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and game interfaces — is protected by the intellectual property rights of TK1Bet or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or using any TK1Bet content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
• TK1Bet's logo or brand name may not be used without authorization.
• Attempting to analyse, modify, or reverse-engineer any technical or software component of the platform is strictly prohibited.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
